采用数值计算的方法求出缩小了的机床床身的温度分布,在此基础上用结构静力分析程序计算了由于温度变化而产生的变形量.为预测大型机架受非均匀温度场作用的变形、并对其进行补尝修正提供了一种途径.
The temperature distribution of the reduced machine bed is obtained by numerical calculation. On the basis of this, the amount of deformation due to temperature change is calculated by the structural static analysis program. It provides a way to predict the deformation of a large rack affected by a non-uniform temperature field and to compensate for it.
