针对呋喃树脂硬化过程和温芯金制芯工艺的特点,开发了氯化铝、氯化镁等改性的磷酸盐固化剂,研究其成分配比及用于温芯盆法时的工艺性能特点。试验结果表明,新固化剂在加热时不仅能催化呋喃树脂快速硬化,而且自身能聚合,对树脂膜粘结桥起一定补强作用,从而可以降低芯砂中树脂用量。用于生产获得满意结果。
Aiming at the characteristics of furan resin curing process and core-making process, a modified phosphate curing agent such as aluminum chloride and magnesium chloride was developed to study its composition ratio and process performance characteristics when used in the warm core method. The experimental results show that the new curing agent can not only catalyze the rapid hardening of furan resin but also polymerize itself to enhance the bonding of the resin film and thus reduce the amount of resin in the core sand. Used to produce satisfactory results.
