尾矿管道主要用来输送浓度为 3 0 %尾砂矿浆 ,是矿山一条很重要的工艺管道 ,但由于管道内尾砂的长时间磨损 ,管壁越来越薄 ,经常出现破损泄漏现象 ,严重影响生产。介绍一种用聚乙烯管道使腐蚀破旧的尾矿钢管再生的方法 :在原尾矿管道内插入一根 1 3 0mm× 6mm聚乙烯管道 ,并在两层管道的空隙间注入水泥砂浆 ,使其固化 ,使原来的尾矿管路变成一种三层结构管道。这种处理后的管道不但强度高 ,而且水力摩擦系数小 ,尾砂输送能力比原来的旧管道有所提高 ,同时也降低了砂泵的扬程、运行成本。这种施工方法为矿山尾矿管道敷设开辟了新思路 ,提供了新途径。
