中共河东区委、区政府于三月中旬召开有区各部、委、办、局、街、公司、厂校挂钩的工企业单位的负责同志和各中小学、幼儿园中层以上干部、教师代表等1000多人参加的区教育工作会议.区主要负责同志在会上作了《振奋精神,锐意改革,为振兴河东区教育而团结奋斗》的报告.会议讨论、制定了《河东区1986-1990年教育工作发展规划》和《关于实行九年制义务教育,大面积提高教育质量的几点意见》.区教育局负责同志还在会上对1986年工作要点作了部署,区委领导同志作了大会总结;还向同志们宣布,区委、区政府为了认真贯彻党中央《关于教育体制改革的决定》和党的全国代表会议精神,为了贯彻市教育工作会议的要求,振兴河东区教育事业,经区常委和区长办公会议
In the middle of March, the Hedong District Party Committee and District Government of the CPC held responsible comrades of industrial enterprises linked to district ministries, committees, offices, bureaus, streets, companies, factories, schools, and middle and elementary schools, kindergarten middle and above cadres, and teacher representatives.
