From January to August 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved a total of 12 batches of 12 pesticide manufacturers in each batch, combining their production qualifications. Among them, there were 2 mergers in the province and 4 mergers across provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), respectively :
