对旋转溜槽内物料的运动进行了分析。通过建立质点在溜槽内的运动方程式,算得溜槽内物料运动的相对加速度、相对速度,和受柯氏力作用下的偏心角。通过具体计算表明,物料在溜槽内的相对速度主要取决于初速度、溜槽倾角和溜槽长度。溜槽的转速虽然对物料的切向速度有很大影响,但对于物料沿溜槽纵向的相对速度影响甚微,可以忽略不计。物料在溜槽内的偏心角不但和相对速度有关,并且和溜槽的转速有关。
The movement of material in the rotating chute is analyzed. By establishing the equation of motion of particles in the chute, the relative acceleration, relative velocity, and eccentricity of the material in the chute can be calculated. Through specific calculations show that the relative velocity of the material in the chute depends on the initial velocity, chute inclination and chute length. Though the speed of the chute has a great influence on the tangential speed of the material, the relative speed of the chute along the longitudinal direction of the chute has little effect and can be neglected. The eccentricity of the material in the chute is not only related to the relative speed, but also to the speed of the chute.
