现代卧螺离心机差速器的类型很多,其中渐开线齿轮差速器适用于各种工况条件下的大、中、小功率的卧螺离心机,是当前最主要的传动类型。目前国内使用的卧螺离心机渐开线齿轮差速器有:2K-H(B)型(图3b)、双级2K-H(A)型(图3a)、3K型(图2)和K-H-V型(图1)等。但结合我国的实际情况,在设计制造中,究竟采用那种类型的差速器为好,现尚无定论。尤其是随着卧螺离心机向大功率、高速方向发展,渐开线齿轮差速器的合理选型,对提高整个卧螺离心机的工作性能、可靠性、寿命和效率等都具有重要的意义,这是设计差速器时必须首先解决的问题。
