为充分发挥知识在组织科学决策中的作用,将本体机制引入信息服务领域以实现知识服务的解决方案,对基于本体知识应用的三个方向,包括知识地图、知识检索和知识创新等进行总结。在此基础上,以CSSCI知识服务为例,在假设CSSCI知识本体已经构建完成的情况下,提出并论证基于CSSCI本体的知识服务模式,即知识检索服务和科学评价服务,以提高CSSCI的服务质量。
In order to give full play to the role of knowledge in the organization of scientific decision-making, the ontology mechanism is introduced into the field of information services to realize the solution of knowledge service, and the three directions based on ontology knowledge are summarized, including knowledge map, knowledge retrieval and knowledge innovation. On this basis, taking CSSCI knowledge service as an example, we propose and demonstrate the CSSCI ontology-based knowledge service model, that is, knowledge retrieval service and scientific evaluation service, in order to improve the CSSCI service quality .
