我国房地产市场的快速发展,带动国民经济的增长。但房地产市场过热,房价高居不下普通百姓购房压力增大;房地产市场的发展已成为关系国计民生的重要因素。本文就国内房地产经济管理提出了自己的观点。
The rapid development of China’s real estate market drives the growth of the national economy. However, the real estate market is overheated, and the price of ordinary people buying houses is rising at a high level. The development of the real estate market has become an important factor that affects the people’s livelihood. This article put forward my opinion on the domestic real estate economic management.
