从生物力学角度观察了颅骨的胶原纤维分布及骨折断面的微观形态。骨折断面上有微骨折存在,主要沿骨板间走行,常绕过哈佛氏系统,表明骨板和哈佛氏系统均为重要力学单位。胶原纤维是骨板的框架,内,外环纤维及哈佛氏系统均在平行于骨表面的平面内多方向分布,使拱形的颅骨顶能承受更大外力。颅骨的夹层结构增强了对外力的缓冲作用,使其成为人脑天然有救的防护壳。本文还讨论了颅骨修补有关问题。
From the biomechanical point of view of the skull collagen fibers distribution and fracture section of the microscopic morphology.
