目的探讨膝关节退行性骨关节炎(膝关节OA)应用中西医联合治疗的临床疗效。方法随机将146例膝关节OA患者分为治疗组76例、对照组70例。两组均应有双氯芬酸钠治疗,治疗组联合应用我院自制活络祛风液外洗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.4%,对照组总有效率为75.7%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=8.93,P<0.01)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎疗效明显,是一种有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis (knee joint OA). Methods A total of 146 patients with knee OA were randomly divided into treatment group (76 cases) and control group (70 cases). Diclofenac sodium should be treated in both groups, the treatment group combined with our own active expelling wind outside the liquid wash. Results The total effective rate was 93.4% in the treatment group and 75.7% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 8.93, P <0.01). No significant adverse reactions occurred during the two groups. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of knee degenerative osteoarthritis obvious effect is an effective treatment.
