目的探讨颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤的临床特点和有效治疗方法。方法采取同步放化疗治疗颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤一例,结合文献回顾分析。结果一例43岁男性颈部局部晚期胸腺瘤患者,CT显示肿瘤与血管粘连无法手术切除。给予同步放化疗(60Gy)和2周期巩固化疗。放疗结束后随访1年半无复发。结论无法手术的颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤可以通过同步放化疗根治。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and effective treatment of locally advanced cervical heterotopic thymoma. Methods One case of advanced locally advanced ectopic thymoma in the neck treated by concurrent chemoradiotherapy was retrospectively analyzed. Results A 43-year-old man with locally advanced thymoma of the neck showed a tumor that was unresectable with vascular adhesions. Give concurrent chemoradiation (60Gy) and 2 cycles of consolidation chemotherapy. Follow-up after radiotherapy 1 year and a half without recurrence. Conclusion Inoperable neck local advanced ectopic thymoma can be treated by concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
