目的了解某铟冶炼厂职业病危害对人体健康影响现状,为采取防治措施提供参考。方法对某铟冶炼厂工作场所有害因素进行监测,按国家职业卫生标准进行评价;选择该厂接害工龄>1年的在职职工247人作为观察组,辅助工种241人为对照组,按照GBZ188—2007《职业健康监护技术规范》的要求对工人进行职业健康检查,分析比较2组健康检查结果。结果铟冶炼过程中存在粉尘、铅、砷、镉、铟、砷化氢、各种酸碱、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,工作场所空气中砷化氢浓度超过国家职业卫生标准;与对照组相比,观察组工人出现尘肺病(0.81%)和听力损失(2.02%)。结论某铟冶炼厂工作场所存在粉尘、化学、物理等有害因素,工人健康状况受到不同程度的危害。
Objective To understand the status quo of human occupational hazards in an indium smelter and to provide reference for taking control measures. Methods We monitored the harmful factors in the workplace of an indium smelter and evaluated them according to the national occupational health standards. We selected 247 serving staff of the factory aged more than one year as the observation group and 241 auxiliary workers as the control group. According to GBZ188-2007 “Occupational Health Monitoring Technical Specifications” require workers to occupational health examination, analysis and comparison of two groups of health examination results. Results In the process of indium smelting, occupational hazards such as dust, lead, arsenic, cadmium, indium, arsine, various acid-base, noise and high temperature were present in the process of indium smelting. The concentration of arsine in the air of the workplace exceeded the national occupational health standards. In contrast, workers in the observation group developed pneumoconiosis (0.81%) and hearing loss (2.02%). Conclusions Dust, chemical, physical and other harmful factors exist in the workplace of an indium smelter, and workers’ health status is endangered to varying degrees.
