Most of the parking spaces are underground. In line with the owner’s phased development plan, the first phase of the project will be based on the six high-rise residential buildings on Chengfu Road, centered on the clubhouse, making full use of the characteristics of the site and using the first floor and the underground street section as commercial buildings. The side is designed as a four-bedroom apartment with a private garage and a sunken courtyard. In addition, large units are located at the southernmost point and occupy the best direction. The small units are located on the north side, but they do so that every household has two suns.
