本文基于一类转动式阀芯的直接驱动伺服阀(DirectDriveServoValve)的结构及其工作原理,推导了这种阀在工作时阀芯所受到的稳态液动力的数学表达式,并进行了仿真计算,得出了一些有用的结论,这些结论对于阀结构的优化设计、阀芯驱动机构的选择设计及饲服阀特性的分析具有很好的指导作用.
Based on the structure and working principle of a DirectDriveServoValve with a rotary valve spool, this paper derives the mathematical expression of the steady-state hydraulic power exerted on the valve spool when the valve is in operation and carries out the simulation calculation , And draw some useful conclusions. These conclusions have very good guidance for the optimal design of the valve structure, the design of the spool drive mechanism and the analysis of the service valve characteristics.
