目的:了解南京市已婚女性宫颈上皮细胞中HPV感染和基因型分布情况。方法:选择2012年1月1日至2012年12月31日在我院妇科门诊行妇科检查的2686例患者的宫颈上皮细胞标本,采用基因扩增及基因芯片检测技术对26种HPV基因进行检测和分析。结果:2686例已婚女性中HPV阳性者711例(26.47%),其中高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染者617例,感染率22.97%,占86.78%(617/711);单一基因型感染556例,感染率20.70%,占78.20%,多重基因型感染155例,感染率5.77%,占21.80%。52型148例,占20.82%,其余依次为16型(18.57%)、58型(14.63%)、61型(8.58%)、56型(8.16%)。167例感染16和18型中一种或两种基因型,感染率6.22%(167/2686),占23.49%(167/711),240例感染52和58型的一种或两种基因型,感染率8.94%(240/2686),占33.76%(240/711)。结论:南京市已婚女性宫颈上皮细胞中HPV 52和58型感染率高于宫颈癌疫苗基因型(16和18型);第二代宫颈癌疫苗,如包含HPV52和58型可能会给中国和其他亚洲国家女性提供更高的保护力。
Objective: To understand the HPV infection and genotypic distribution in cervical epithelial cells of married women in Nanjing. Methods: A total of 2686 patients with gynecological examination of gynecological examination in our hospital from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 were enrolled in this study. Twenty-six HPV types were detected by gene amplification and microarray detection And analysis. Results: Among the 2686 married women, 711 were HPV positive (26.47%), of which 617 were high risk HPV (HR-HPV), the infection rate was 22.97%, accounting for 86.78% (617/711); single genotype infection 556 cases, the infection rate was 20.70%, accounting for 78.20%, multiple genotype infection in 155 cases, the infection rate was 5.77%, accounting for 21.80%. There were 148 cases of type 52, accounting for 20.82%. The rest were type 16 (18.57%), type 58 (14.63%), type 61 (8.58%) and type 56 (8.16%). One or two genotypes were found in 167 cases infected with type 16 and 18, with a prevalence of 6.22% (167/2686), accounting for 23.49% (167/711). One or two of 240 genotypes infected with 52 and 58 , Infection rate 8.94% (240/2686), accounting for 33.76% (240/711). CONCLUSIONS: The infection rates of HPV types 52 and 58 in married women’s cervical epithelial cells in Nanjing are higher than those of cervical cancer vaccine types 16 and 18. The second-generation cervical cancer vaccines, such as HPV52 and 58, may give China and Other Asian countries provide more protection for women.
