班主任不仅是科学文化知识的传授者、班级建设的组织者和领导者,还是学校各项政策和活动的执行者,对班级的发展起着至关重要的影响。中职学校的学生是一个特殊的群体,由于生源特性,学生综合素质普遍不高,在学习、思想或者行为方面普遍存在一定的偏差。面对性格各异的中职学生,班主任应该抓住学生的心理特征,在班级管理中尊重学生人格,发展学生个性,为孩子创造一个和谐的学习环境,让每个学生快乐学习,健康成长。
The teacher in charge of class is not only the teacher of scientific and cultural knowledge, the organizer and leader of class construction, but also the executor of various policies and activities in school. It plays a crucial role in the development of class. The students in secondary vocational schools are a special group. Due to the characteristics of students, students’ overall quality is generally not high, and there are some deviations in learning, thinking or behavior. In the face of different characteristics of secondary vocational students, class teacher should seize the psychological characteristics of students, respect the personality of students in class management, development of student personality, for children to create a harmonious learning environment, so that each student happy learning, healthy growth.
