近年开展B型超声引导下经腹穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿,继而改经阴道穿刺治疗。经阴道穿刺离附件最近,使穿刺囊肿更安全和简便。 B超引导下卵巢囊肿穿刺治疗的对象,仅限于巧克力样囊肿、潴留囊肿、功能性囊肿。良性实性不宜穿刺,仍以腹腔镜下肿瘤摘除术为主。妊娠合并卵巢囊肿,在B超引导下行穿刺术,避免在妊娠期间行开腹摘除囊肿手术。
