过去几年,也就是在“七五”期间,天津市价格学会围绕党的中心任务,结合物价工作的重点,在深化价格体系和物价管理体制的改革以及治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序等方面做了许多有益的工作,有针对性地提出了一些很好的意见和建议,为价格改革、治理整顿出谋献策,发挥了参谋作用,取得了一定的成绩。展望“八五”期间和今后十年,我们面临的任务应该说是更加艰巨。党的十三届七中全会通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展十年规划和“八五”计划的建议》,在这个历史性的文件中,不仅明确提出了我国实现第二步战略目标的行动纲领,而且明确规定了价格改革的方向、目标、重点和途径。今后一个时期,价格学会的任务,就是要认真学习贯彻党的十三届七中全会和最近江泽民同志“七一”讲话精神
