上海楼市的“豪宅”称谓,是一种居住时代发展的标签。不同的时期,有不同的豪宅标准。不同的区域,有不同的豪宅配置。“豪宅”已成为我们这个时代创新的居住标准,其不仅是居住品质的享受,更是生活质量的标志。上海豪宅标准,不仅具有区域的影响力,更具有国际的影响力。上海豪宅标准,不仅是一种楼市的购买风向标,更是一种社会的居住潮流引领者。因此,我们对于上海豪宅标准的评判,已不能简单地以单一标准来衡量,而是一种综合品质标准等级的评定。我认为,上海市中心豪宅标准,必须具备两种根本性的评判标准:一是区域价值标准;二是产品品质标准。
Shanghai property market “luxury ” title, is a residential development of the label. Different periods, there are different standards of luxury. Different regions, different mansion configuration. “Mansion ” has become an innovative standard of living in our time. It is not only the enjoyment of living quality, but also a symbol of the quality of life. Shanghai luxury standards, not only with regional influence, more international influence. Shanghai luxury standards, not only a property market vane, but also a trend of social living leader. Therefore, we can not simply judge the standard of luxury mansion in Shanghai by a single standard, but rather as an assessment of the overall quality standard grade. In my opinion, Shanghai downtown mansion standards must have two basic criteria: first, the regional value standards; second, product quality standards.
