我不懂自动化,只能说几句外行话。 我以为计量和监测仪表非常重要,应该为我们的生产人员和各级领导人员所重视,抓不抓计量和监测仪表不是可抓可不抓的问题,是个非抓不可的战略问题。第一个五年计划安装上去的这种设备,因为我们重视不够,二十几年来进步不大,这是我们工艺技术落后的一个主要原因。
