2007年4月24日,在“宁德市少数民族地区经济社会发展”恳谈会上,来自香港和内地企业家及福建省宗教界人士共捐资721万元,为促进全省少数民族地区发展奉献了一片爱心。这是“福建省少数民族发展基金”筹集的第一笔资金。在这次活动期间,记者希望能够将他们每个人的善举都诉诸文字。由于会期短,要采写的人多,再加上不少企业家为人低调,不愿见诸媒体等原因,记者只能采写其中几位企业家以一斑窥全豹,来见证企业家们守望相助、扶贫济困的思想境界和社会责任感,展现他们关心民间疾苦,致力于全社会和谐发展的礼乐情怀。同时,希望通过这组文章,有更多的企业家关心、扶助全省少数民族地区发展,共同促进民族关系和谐。
