新课程改革的实施,强调教学必须面向全体学生,同时,要正视学生的个别差异。对学生进行分层教学,是使全体学生共同进步的一个有效措施,也是使因材施教落到实处的一种有效的方式。走班制分层教学,就是学生根据自己现有的知识基础以及对各科的学习能力和兴趣去相应不同层次的班级上课,是一种不固定班级、流动性的学习模式。“走班制”分层教学的本质是以个性发展为本,尊重学生自主选择,使学生个性特长得到充分发挥。
