我市现有水库133座,万亩以上灌区22处,5000亩以上抽水站32座。这些水利工程大部分是在六、七十年代水利大发展时期修建的,尾留工程问题多,加上受当时“重建轻管”思想的影响,管理不善,工程效能下降,老化失修,病害严重。为了做好水利管理工作,我站从1982年起深入乡村和工程现场,狠抓工程技术管理和经营管理,建立工程台帐和档案,促进了水利工程的科学管理,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
