一、上半年生产经营形势分析 今年上半年,全系统党、政、工、团各级组织和领导干部认真学习邓小平同志有中国特色社会主义理论,贯彻改革、发展、稳定的方针,紧紧抓住“市场”这一关键因素,及时调整经营决策,转换经营机制,加强企业管理,加快结构调整,推进技术进步,克服了原材料大幅度涨价和资金紧张等困难,生产经营形势逐步向好的方向发展。 1.生产基本稳定。1～6月份,工业总产值完成20.97亿元,比上年同期增长4.6％。销售收入(含税)19.02亿元,同比增长18.2％。产销率为98.76％,同比增加4.9个百分点。
