文化是一个驳杂的概念。随着冷战的结束,世界格局的变化,理文化在国际关系中的作用有所提升。本文也将从国家、国际、全球化三个方面来阐述文化对国际关系的影响。
Culture is a miscellaneous concept. With the end of the Cold War and changes in the world pattern, the role of ethical culture in international relations has been enhanced. This article will also explain the impact of culture on international relations from three aspects: national, international and globalization.
