当前中厚板卷厂各项工作稳步推进,安全稳定,生产有序。但在安全稳定的背后也存在一些不容忽视的隐患,例如部分职工不能正确对待工作上的不足与批评,遇到考核就骂娘,并在互联网上肆无忌惮地发泄,过激言论又引发其他不明真相的职工以讹传讹。一方面这反映了职工的个人思想业务素质偏低,不能正确认识和对待考核管理的督促作用;另一方面也反映出部分基层党支部在思想政治工作方法上的滞后,没有能充分发挥思政工作的主动性,从而有效引导职工树立正确的价值观人
