工会早期是一个共同利益的集合体,在我国已经有了很悠久的历史了,在现代社会里,我国的工会已经发生了一定的改革,渐渐的成了企业的某一下属部门,而不再是独立于企业的经济团体。随着为我国经济的不断发展和社会的进步,人们对工会也因各种新的劳务关系的形成而提出了更高层次的要求,企业日常议程中逐渐加入了工会这一议题,本文通过对现阶段工会的维权制度在企业中存在和发展中的问题进行了分析,并相应地提出了一些具体的建议和意见,以保障工会维权在社会中的健康发展。
