In 2013, the National Natural Science Foundation of China put forward new requirements on the future fund work while scientifically summing up its funds: (1) In terms of the total amount of resources, it is necessary to explore for more funding to provoke a blossoming Chinese basic science; (2) to conduct a deep strategic research on the development of China’s basic science; (3) to weave the links between basic research and national needs; (4) to explore ways to support the funding of truly interdisciplinary research; (5) to establish me in scientific integrity
