由石油大学 (华东 )重质油研究所起草的 GB/ T 45 0 7- 1999《沥青软化点测定法 (环球法 )》2 0 0 0年 6月 1日实施。该标准实施之日起代替 GB/ T 45 0 7- 84。该标准等效采用美国试验与材料协会标准 ASTM D36 - 95《沥青软化点测定法》。该标准与 ASTM D36 - 95的主要差异如下
GB / T 45 0 7- 1999 “Determination of Asphalt Softening Point (Globally)” drafted by the University of Petroleum (East China) Heavy Oil Research Institute on June 1, 2000. The standard implementation date instead of GB / T 45 0 7-84. The standard equivalent to the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM D36 - 95 “asphalt softening point determination.” The main differences between this standard and ASTM D36 - 95 are as follows
