本文首先在对我国各省档案事业的建设与发展还存在一些突出的共性问题进行分析的基础上,指出通过建立和健全合理的评价全省档案事业发展情况的综合评价指标体系,形成长期有效的评价机制,是实现档案强省的战略目标的有效路径。并以广东省档案强省指标体系构建为例,从构建原则、构建思路、指标体系内容、指标权重、指标体系检验及完善、测评实施等方面分析探讨了档案强省指标体系构建的实践经验。
Based on the analysis of some prominent common problems in the construction and development of archives in all provinces of our country, this paper points out that by establishing and perfecting a comprehensive appraisal index system of appraising the development of archives in the province, we can form a long-term and effective appraisal Mechanism is an effective way to achieve the strategic goal of a province with strong records. Taking the construction of index system of strong archives in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper analyzes the practical experience of establishing index system of strong archives province from the aspects of construction principles, construction ideas, index system contents, index weights, test and improvement of index system, evaluation and implementation.
