为了研究装卸工人的劳动负荷问题,作者对日本关东和东京两地区,某些装卸饮料商品的作业工人进行了调查:1.装卸工人的劳动时间、劳动负荷和劳动姿势;2.用发表方式调查工人(990例)的健康状况、腰痛发生情况以及影响健康的因素和急需改善的工作条件;3.疲劳程度和疲劳部位;4.作业期间心率和肌电的测量;5.工人的体格、身体前倾指数和肌力的测定等。
