宣威县肺癌高、低发区居民尿的Ames试验结果表明接触煤烟尘又吸烟的居民尿中含有移码型致突变物,并且主要是经代谢活化的间接致突变物。其致突变性阳性率高于接触柴烟尘和只接触煤烟尘而不吸烟的居民,回变菌落数高于接触柴烟尘的居民,提示接触煤烟尘和吸烟两因素有协同作用。
The results of Ames test on urine of residents with high and low incidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei County showed that there was code frame mutagenicity in the urine of residents exposed to coal dust and smoking, and mainly indirect metabolic mutagens. The positive rate of mutagenicity was higher than those exposed to firewood dust and smoke only but not smoke. The number of back-changing colonies was higher than that of residents exposed to firewood and dust, suggesting that there is a synergistic effect between exposure to soot and smoking.
