目的:探讨支持向量机用于中药药性识别的可行性。方法:选择K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn 7种无机元素在中药中的含量为指标,以支持向量机为工具,采用留一法对中药药性识别分类。结果:K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe元素含量对平性药药性识别影响相对较大,而Ca、Fe元素对温热药药性识别影响相对较大。结论:中药药性与中药中无机元素的含量有一定的相关性,支持向量机可根据中药中无机元素的含量对中药药性具有一定的识别能力。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using support vector machines for drug identification of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The content of seven kinds of inorganic elements K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn in Chinese medicine was selected as an indicator. Support vector machine was used as a tool. Results: The contents of K, Ca, Mg, Mn and Fe had a relatively large influence on the identification of the drug. However, Ca and Fe had a relatively large influence on the recognition of the drug. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the content of inorganic elements in traditional Chinese medicine and the content of inorganic elements in traditional Chinese medicine. Support vector machine can identify the ability of traditional Chinese medicine based on the content of inorganic elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
