有许多圆形刀具没有中心孔,所以刃磨时找中心很伤脑筋。这里介绍一种专门用来承担该项工作的夹具(附图)。它是由一块长V形铁1,两端装有两根短轴2,直径跟刃磨刀具的直径相同。短轴2的各端钻有中心孔,便于支顶。使用这种工具时,只要将用钝的刀具放在V形铁1上,用固紧螺钉夹牢,就可进行刃磨。这种夹具的特点是,刃磨不同直径的刀具要有不同直径的心轴2。
