2005年以来,进入中国的跨国直接投资出现下降,短期来看负面影响相对有限,如果成为长期趋势,将可能影响经济增长的速度和质量。2006年在温和的宏观经济政策背景下,利用外资仍然具有实现平稳增长的条件。政策的着力点应当放在进一步改善投资环境、维护市场竞争和防范垄断风险等方面。
Since 2005, the transnational direct investment into China has declined. In the short term, the negative impact is relatively limited. If it becomes a long-term trend, the rate and quality of economic growth may be affected. In 2006, under the moderate macroeconomic policy background, the utilization of foreign investment still had the conditions for achieving steady growth. The focus of the policy should be on further improving the investment environment, maintaining market competition and preventing monopoly risks.
