目的观察疏肝理脾离子导入法结合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎临床效果。方法选取2015年1月份-2016年1月份本院门诊收治的慢性胃炎患者45例,将所有患者随机分为比较组22例和治疗组23例,比较组患者应用奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组在比较组患者应用奥美拉唑的同时加用自拟中药疏肝理脾汤离子导入治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗有效率比较,有统计学差异,治疗组疗效优于比较组。结论疏肝理脾离子导入法结合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎临床效果好,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Li spleen iontophoresis combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 45 outpatients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into comparative group (n = 22) and treatment group (n = 23). The patients in the comparison group were treated with omeprazole. The treatment group In the comparative group of patients with omeprazole plus self-made Chinese medicine Shugan lipi iontophoresis, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment. Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment efficiency, and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the comparison group. Conclusion Shugan Li spleen ion combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis clinical effect is good, it is widely clinically widespread.
