今年《开心老年》第八期上登载北京施善葆先生写的一篇文章:《写作除病促健康》。因为题材新鲜,我先后读了不下三遍。我之所以欣赏这篇文章,说到底,对这位作者提出的一些观点和体会,我深有同感。比如:“经常写作本身就是养生”。写作也是一种自疗,“身体有什么不舒服?心情有什么不愉快?把它写出来,就等于把它们释放出来。”这不失“是一种释放不良情绪的宣泄方式”。“疾病可以在写作中消解,健康可以在写作中长驻!”这些话说得多么好
