应用动电位扫描、交流阻抗法研究了含H2 S的硫酸溶液中丙炔醇 (PA)对铁腐蚀的抑制作用。结果表明 ,PA能有效抑制铁在酸性H2 S体系中腐蚀的阴、阳极反应 ,属于以抑制阳极反应为主的负催化型缓蚀剂 ;一定温度范围内 ,PA具有较好的缓蚀效能 ;吸附在电极表面的PA能逐渐聚合成膜 ,但膜对基体的保护性与电极表面状态相关 ;H2 S可影响PA间的聚合反应 ,且降低聚合膜的致密性与完整性。
The inhibition of iron corrosion by propargyl alcohol (PA) in sulfuric acid solution containing H2S was studied by potentiodynamic scanning and AC impedance method. The results show that PA can effectively inhibit the anodic and cathodic reactions of iron corrosion in acid H2S system, which belongs to the negative catalytic corrosion inhibitor mainly based on the inhibition of anode reaction. PA has a good corrosion inhibition effect in a certain temperature range. PA adsorbed on the surface of the electrode gradually polymerized into a film, but the protective effect of the film on the substrate is related to the surface state of the electrode. H2S can affect the polymerization reaction between the PA and the densification and integrity of the polymer film.
