PowerPC is often seen as an Apple chip, and it seems doomed to create a completely different way of using our computers in the past, though some people think there is a distance from the real implementation. The notion of the well-known Apple, IBM, and Motorola alliances is undoubtedly great - to design a faster next-generation processor and to break Intel’s actual monopoly. Through the eventual opening up of this area, users not only get better products, but also hope to enjoy a lower price. Unfortunately, even though PowerPC has performed well in the industry and has won great acclaim, it has not stirred much ripples.
