目的通过对忻州市细菌性痢疾流行病学特征的分析,为更有效地降低其发生频度和流行强度,制定控制对策提供科学依据。方法对忻州市2004~2008年间所辖十四县(市、区)的细菌性痢疾流行病学资料进行流行病学分析,人口资料来源于忻州市统计局人口办公室。结果2004~2008年共报告细菌性痢疾2053例,年平均发病率是13.60/10万,在肠道传染病中发病率居全市首位,在法定传染病中,其发病率也居前列,发病率较高的县是偏关县(32.81/10万),较低的则是神池县(1.87/10万);发病集中在5~10月,以8月为发病最高峰,经统计学处理,其间具有非常显著性差异(χ2=65.89,P<0.005);以散居儿童、学生、农民发病居多;男性发病多于女性,经统计学处理,其间没有非常显著性差异(χ2=5.83,0.25>P>0.1);0~10岁年龄段发病较多。结论今后应加强对散居儿童、学生、农民的防控力度,大力宣传肠道传染病的卫生知识,培养良好的个人卫生习惯,同时也要大力加强各级卫生机构网络直报工作,防止细菌性痢疾疫情漏报,以便更好地防控细菌性痢疾的发生,真正降低其发病率。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial dysentery in Xinzhou City and provide a scientific basis for making control measures more effectively by reducing the occurrence frequency and epidemic intensity. Methods Epidemiological analysis of epidemiological data of bacterial dysentery in 14 counties (cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of Xinzhou City from 2004 to 2008 was carried out. Population information was obtained from the Population Office of Xinzhou Bureau of Statistics. Results A total of 2053 cases of bacterial dysentery were reported from 2004 to 2008, with an average annual incidence rate of 13.60 / 100 000. Conclusion The prevention and control of diasporas, students and peasants should be strengthened in the future.
