目的:探索不同的气囊尿管固定方法对前列腺电切术后止血效果的影响。方法:选取2014年7月到2015年7月我院收治的接受前列腺电切术患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分成三组,每组各26例。甲组用大腿内侧固定法,乙组使用耻骨上侧固定法,丙组用绳子固定到床尾。然后观察对比三组患者的牵拉时间、尿红细胞计数、膀胱痉挛、尿管堵塞以及术后的舒适度。结果:三组固定方法均有显著的止血效果,但乙组的各项观察指标均显著优于其他两组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将尿管用绳子牵拉到耻骨上测固定对前列腺电切术后止血效果良好。
Objective: To explore the effect of different methods of balloon catheterization on the hemostatic effect of prostatectomy. Methods: Totally 78 patients undergoing prostatectomy in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method, with 26 patients in each group. Group A with the thigh fixed method, Group B use the suprapubic fixation method, Group C with a rope fixed to the end of the bed. Then compared the three groups of patients traction time, urinary red blood cell count, bladder spasm, catheter blockage and postoperative comfort. Results: All the three fixation methods had significant hemostatic effects. However, the observation indexes of group B were significantly better than the other two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The catheter is pulled to the pubic symphysis with a fixed rope on the prostate after resection of the hemostasis with good results.
