我县地处湘资两江下游之间,洞庭湖南岸,全县有耕地面积60.9万亩,其中水田53万亩,以种植双季稻为主。随着耕作制度的改革,复种指数提高,氮肥用量增多,几乎每年都有两、三种病虫暴发危害,给水稻生产带来了很大的影响。近几年我们在农牧渔业部植保总站和省、地植保部门、省师范学院的领导和专家的指导下,大力开展综合防治,对控制病虫危害,确保粮食增产,发挥了积极的作用。
My county is located between the lower reaches of Hunan and the capital of two rivers, south bank of Dongting Lake, the county has 609000 acres of arable land, of which 530000 acres of paddy fields, mainly to planted double cropping rice. With the reform of the tillage system, the index of multiple cropping increased and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer increased, almost two or three pest outbreaks were harmed every year, which greatly affected the rice production. In recent years, under the guidance of leaders and experts from the Plant Protection Terminus of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries and provincial and municipal plant protection departments and provincial normal colleges, we have been vigorously carrying out comprehensive prevention and control and have played an active role in controlling pests and diseases and increasing grain output.
