从2010年起,全国高职测绘项目技能竞赛每年举行一次。指导教师要想提高自己的指导工作水平,就要从思想上变被动为主动;行动上要做好指导工作的整体规划,选拔好比赛选手、确定训练目标和训练计划,按部就班实施计划,并在指导训练时要有吃苦精神,善于发现训练中的不足并加以改进;训练中与选手同甘共苦,多交流沟通。
