目的:观察抑癌基因 p16,p21 及 p53 在鼻咽癌( N P C)的表达,探讨其与 N P C的发生发展及预后的关系。方法:用免疫组化 S P法检测了 116 例 N P C 组织和 15 例无瘤鼻咽( N P)组织的 p16,p21 及 p53 基因的表达情况。结果:① N P C 组中 p16,p21,p53 阳性率分别为64.7% ,45.7% 和90.5% ;与 N P组比较,差异均有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。②p16 在 N P C非角化型阳性率为70.6% ,未分化型阳性率为44.8% ,两者有显著性差异( P< 0.05)。③p21 与 p16,p53 阳性表达之间有相关性。结论:p16,p21 的低表达与 N P C 的发生密切相关,p16 异常表达与细胞分化程度有一定关系,p16 与 p21 在 N P C的发生发展中存在协同作用;p21 可能不是通过野生型 p53 的刺激途径产生
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of tumor suppressor genes p16, p21 and p53 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to explore their relationship with the occurrence, development and prognosis of N P C. Methods: The expressions of p16, p21 and p53 in 116 cases of Npc tissue and 15 cases of non-tumorous nasopharynx (NP) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: ① The positive rates of p16, p21 and p53 in N P C group were 64.7%, 45.7% and 90.5%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in N P group (P <0.05 ). ② The positive rate of p16 in N P C non-keratinized type was 70.6%, and the positive rate of undifferentiated type was 44.8%. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). ③ There is a correlation between p21 and p16, p53 positive expression. Conclusion: The low expression of p16 and p21 is closely related to the occurrence of N P C. The abnormal expression of p16 is related to the degree of cell differentiation. There is a synergistic effect between p16 and p21 in the development and progression of N P C; p21 may not be detected by wild type p53 Stimulation pathway generated
