日前,笔者受邀参加了在泉城济南举办的山东省无线电管理宣传培训班。此次培训班采取理论与实践相结合的模式,对全省各市无线电管理机构的宣传工作者进行了系统培训,取得了良好的效果。山东省的无线电管理宣传工作在全国一直位居前列,山东省无线电管理办公室副主任张乃君介绍说:目前山东各市的宣传工作已经和业绩考核挂钩,并将进一步细化。自今年4月全国无线电管理宣传培训班举办以来,山西、湖北、河南、山东、陕西等省(区、市)陆续举办了宣传培训班,对本地负责宣传的同志进行理论和实践的系统培训。笔者认为,举办这些培训班,不断加强宣传队伍建设,对无线电管理宣传工作至关重要。
Recently, the author was invited to attend the radio management training program held in Jinan, Spring City. This training course adopts a combination of theory and practice mode, and systematically trains the propaganda workers of the radio management organizations of cities and counties across the province and achieved good results. Shandong Province, radio management and publicity work has been in the forefront of the country, Shandong Province, Zhang Naijun, deputy director of radio management office said: At present, the municipalities of Shandong propaganda work has been linked with the performance appraisal and further refinement. Since the nationwide radio management training program was held in April this year, Shanxi, Hubei, Henan, Shandong and Shaanxi provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) successively held propaganda and training courses to systematically train the local responsible comrades in theory and practice. The author believes that the holding of these training courses, and constantly strengthen the publicity team building, radio management and propaganda work is essential.
