采用火焰喷射自反应淬熄技术制备了含Mn铁氧体与氧化铁复合空心微珠,分析了空心微珠的形态、组成和结构,研究了空心微珠的合成机理。获得的空心微珠产物,球化率和空心率较高,但壁厚不均匀,粒径在几十微米范围,排水法测试平均密度为1.58 g/cm3。吸波测试显示,空心微珠与石蜡混合涂层的吸波反射率最小值为–31.4 d B,最佳匹配厚度为4 mm,对应的吸收频率为5.2 GHz,并且随着厚度1~5 mm变化,吸波频段呈现出可调性。
The hollow spheres containing Mn ferrite and iron oxide were prepared by self-reaction flame quenching technique. The morphology, composition and structure of hollow spheres were analyzed. The synthesis mechanism of hollow spheres was studied. Hollow bead products were obtained with higher nodularity and hollowness, but with uneven wall thickness and particle size in the range of several tens of microns. The average density of the hollow beads tested was 1.58 g / cm3. Absorption tests showed that the minimum value of reflectivity of hollow microspheres and paraffin mixture was -31.4 d B, the best matched thickness was 4 mm, the corresponding absorption frequency was 5.2 GHz, and with the thickness of 1 ~ 5 mm Changes, absorption band showed adjustable.
