一、引言六硼化镧阴极电子枪热发射电子束的能量分散度决定于热初速零散、布希(Boersh)效应和仪器加速电压的稳定度等。当仪器加速电压的稳定度足够高时,电子束的能量分散度主要决定于热初速零散和布希效应。我们用JEM—100CX透射电子显微镜所附带的电子能量分析器,测试了中国科学院北京科学仪器厂生产的六硼化镧阴极电子枪发射电子束的能量分散度,结果是2电子伏。
I. INTRODUCTION The energy dispersity of the heat-emitting electron beam of the LaN6 cathode electron gun is determined by the dispersion of the thermal initial velocity, the Boersh effect and the stability of the accelerating voltage of the instrument. When the stability of the accelerating voltage is high enough, the energy dispersity of the electron beam mainly depends on the thermal initial velocity and Bush’s effect. We used the electron energy analyzer attached to the JEM-100CX transmission electron microscope to test the energy dispersity of the electron beam emitted by the LaB 6 cathode electron gun manufactured by the Beijing Scientific Instrument Factory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The result is 2 electron volts.
