从宁波市住房和城乡建设委员会获悉,今年宁波市计划向社会推出公共租赁住房6000余套,首批推出3248套,已于3月11日启动申请配租工作。首批公共租赁住房的申请对象为外来务工人员等三类人群。据悉,宁波市于2010年出台《宁波市公共租赁住房管理暂行办法》,并大规模实施公共租赁房建设,目前首批公共租赁房项目即将建成交付。据宁波市住户保障管理中心主任沈浩介绍,3月11日启动了2013年度宁波市海曙区、江东区、江北区公共租赁住房申请配租工作。本次公共租赁住房配租计划推出房源3248套,共涉及四个项目、七个小区。房源户型分为一室户2和二室户,套型面积从30m到66不等。2m
