目的 :对药剂学新技术在近些年的发展以及其在药效改善功效中的作用进行总结分析。方法 :通过查阅文献资料及总结归纳,从聚合物胶束、包合物制备技术、固体分散体制备技术以及微囊与微球制备技术等多方面分析药剂学科新技术对药物功效的改善作用。结果:透皮、渗透泵、脂质体载体、微囊、纳米、微球等新技术均能对临床药物的药动学、药效学及药剂学性质产生改善作用。结论 :药剂学新技术的临床应用范围较广,且应用价值较高,可有效实现改善药物功效的目的,其临床效果显著,值得进一步推广。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the development of new pharmacy technology in recent years and its role in improving efficacy. Methods: Through reviewing the literatures and summarizing, this paper analyzed the improvement effect of the new technology of pharmacy on the drug efficacy from the aspects of the polymer micelles, the preparation technology of inclusion compound, the preparation technology of solid dispersion, the preparation technology of microcapsules and microspheres. Results: New technologies such as transdermal, osmotic pump, liposome carrier, microcapsule, nanometer and microsphere could all improve the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacology of clinical drug. Conclusion: The new technology of pharmacy has a wide range of clinical applications and high application value, which can effectively improve the efficacy of drugs. The clinical effect is significant and worthy of further promotion.
